The Bunker

This movie is a ghost story set in a bunker during WWII. The Germans are on the run from the Americans and are played by Englishmen, which can be confusing but it's a lot easier than sorting out thick or bad accents depending on the actors. It seems that the bunker was abandoned and is only manned by an old man and a boy. When they get hedged in by the advancing forces, the Germans decide to try the forsaken tunnels that exist underneath the bunker as a way out. Down in the dark, strange things start to happen and the men try to find out if it's just their imagination or something more sinister.

This is a great little movie in the vein of Below, and features a solid cast that includes Jason Flemyng and good use of scenery and shadow. This film will keep you guessing up until the end and is worth checking out. Don't let the cover fool you, this movie isn't a zombie fest with evil soldiers. Instead, it is a study of the human mind and how easy it is to break it when it is stuck in the primal dark.
