	Ion is based on a the character by DC Comics. Kyle Rayner was originally chosen to be the replacement Green Lantern after Hal Jordan went insane and became Parallax. Kyle served the Guardians well, joining the JLA and becoming one of Earth's greatest Green Lanterns. During Infinite Crisis, his one-time girlfriend, Jade, died, and merged her power with Kyle's. Now he calls himself Ion and controls one of the greatest powers in the universe.
	I fell in love with the character of Ion at first sight and decided to create him before a real figure came out. The hair is sculpey and the rest is acrylic paint. I sealed him with a matte spray. The hair was the toughest part to scupt, but I picked it out to give it the lift and it looks pretty snazzy, becoming one of my favorite customs and sculpts.
