Resident Wii-vil 4

That's right. I had to do it. I've played the Gamecube version like 10 times through and Mercenaries I don't know how many times, yet I had to pick up the Wii version of the game. The fact that it was cheap didn't hurt things. So how does it compare? Well, I'm only about a half hour or so into the game and I'm enjoying the hell out of it. I mean, it was a game of the year or at least a runner-up and universally praised, so if you haven't played it, now is a good time. You play as Leon Kennedy, who was one of the characters in RE2. You have to rescue the president's daughter.

I know you know all that jazz and just want to know how it handles. Well, in a word, beautifully. Using the Wiimote to aim. It took me about 10 minutes to shake off the old controls and get used to the new ones, and I probably have a way to go until I truly get the hang of it, but I'm killing shit with the best of them and taking names, and that's the way it should be. You will like this game, this, I command.

If you haven't seen it before, watch this. MC Chris tells you why RE4 kicks ass.
